Hi, I’m Bea! Welcome to Clean Bea, a space where my love for clean eating and holistic wellness comes to life. While I have a passion for all things wellness, nutrition holds a special place in my heart. I find comfort and empowerment in knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body—choosing ingredients that nourish, heal, and energize.

Over the past six years, I’ve embraced cooking as both a creative outlet and a way to explore the transformative power of food. Specializing in gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian meals, I’ve learned how to craft dishes that not only taste incredible but also support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
I studied nutrition at Auburn University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding how food impacts our overall well-being. I later became a licensed Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I honed my ability to guide others toward vibrant health using food as medicine.
